Mark Leslie: Pāmu CEO on the company hitting operating profit goal four years early

View descriptionShare

Pāmu has cracked its goal of $100 million net operating profit four years early as it continues to benefit from strong commodity prices and improved on-farm productivity.

The country’s state-owned farmer reported a net operating profit -  its preferred measure of performance which strips out revaluations - of $113 million for the 12 months to June.

CEO Mark Leslie says this result was boosted by looking after pastures and resources, and it's a 'collaborative effort'.
