Whether it's via a holiday, living for the weekend or doing something that just takes your mind off things...we've all referred to something as an escape from our normal lives.

Now when we talk about it, we generally see it as a positive that we have a chance to escape, but is that really that good? What's so good about the feeling that you need to escape your reality??
