Bee talks about how her career covering beauty for the New York Times helped her fall in the love with the beauty industry. She also discusses how having her first child led to her cleaning up her beauty routine, and in doing so, made her realize that there were not enough options for clean fragrance. So she set out to create her own, and launched Ellis in 2015.
