Friend of the pod Yads Cauchi is back, this time wearing her clinical nutritionist hat, to talk all things ‘fibremaxxing’. The TikTok trend is giving our collective protein obsession a run for its money, and Yads is a big fan. She explains what getting enough fibre can do for your skin and body, plus shares some simple ways to sneak more of it into your everyday diet.
