Then, Tegan takes us inside her recent visit to Shape House in Melbourne, where she tried one of their famous lymphatic drainage massages. Consider her officially converted. She breaks down exactly what the treatment involved and why she loved it so much.

Friend of the pod Yads Cauchi is back, this time wearing her clinical nutritionist hat, to talk all things ‘fibremaxxing’. The TikTok trend is giving our collective protein obsession a run for its money, and Yads is a big fan. She explains what getting enough fibre can do for your skin and body, plus shares some simple ways to sneak more of it into your everyday diet.
