The Bush Music Club (BMC), based in Sydney, was established in 1954 and is the oldest folk club in Australia and, arguably, one of the oldest folk clubs in the world. It has been actively promoting Australian folk traditions for 70 years.

The Bush Music Club have regular bush dances and workshops, weekly music workshops and singing sessions, juniors saplings’ group, performances, annual retreat and poetry sessions. They perform at Folk Festivals, bush dances and community festivals.

New members are always welcome – a great way to meet people and make friends with a common interest in music. Membership forms downloaded from their web site.
