Frank Sultana won the International Blues Challenge (IBC) 2023 in Memphis, USA, performing at the historic stage of The Orpheum Theatre, representing the Sydney Blues Society and one of 148 acts from 40 US states and 12 countries. Only the third Australian to win in the history of the IBC. He previously won the Sydney Blues Challenge in 2022. Since then, he has been under great demand performing around Australia and in U.S. blues events like the Durango Blues Train in Colorado and the Legendary Blues Cruise and in Las Vegas, Nevada. Frank was the cover photo and featured interview in the June 2023 edition of the Blues Blast Magazine (USA). Frank has released 10 albums and 4 EPs receiving national radio airplay and charting success.

The Honey Badgers are an Adelaide based band rooted in the blues with sprinkles of soul and funk with brass section. Winning the 2022 Adelaide Roots and Blues Association’s Memphis Blues Challenge and in 2023 they won their heats, semifinals making it to the top six and competed in the grand final of the International Blues Challenge Memphis USA performing at the legendary Orpheum Theatre.  The group also won the 2024 SA Music Awards Most Popular Blues & Roots Artist and 2024 Adelaide Roots & Blues Association Blues Album of the Year Award. The group has received national radio airplay with the ‘Shakin’ album reaching No.1 in the Australian Blues & Roots Charts.
