Martin Cilia, Australia’s King of Surf Guitar has been prolific with his solo surf rock recordings as well as a number of albums with the legendary surf rock band The Atlantics, Dave Warner Band, Flying Fonzarellis, The Capitols, Blue Lounge, The Brookes and is currently touring extensively as lead guitarist with the legendary Australian pub rock band The Radiators and previously with Mental As Anything”. Martin has recorded on 29 albums, 3 Eps as well as numerous singles and in many compilation albums. He has and continues to tour nationally and internationally with numerous television appearances with various groups he has been a member of over the years.

Martin’s new “Instromania” album, his 11th solo album, is a collection of 12 original songs with guitar as the feature instrument. It’s strongly influenced by music from the sixties. “I love the sound of the electric guitar, especially the sound of a vintage Fender Stratocaster plugged into a vintage Vox AC30 amp, with some echo and reverb added for good measure.” Martin Cilia.

Martin has also been busy designing his ideal guitar and now the Martin Cilia Custom Guitar are available to guitarist around the world. The design incorporates the best features of several different guitar models Martin has recorded with over the years.
