The biggest morning tea is an annual fundraiser for cancer research in Australia. This year again I had the honour of guest speaker in Mount Gambier with some 350 people in the audience. Sorry for the background noise. The topic was SELFCARE & SELFCOMPASSION a much needed notion in our competitive world and after the self-esteem movement! It was directed towards carers and supporters of people who are effected by cancer. It is considered a helpful ingredient in the field of empathic care for ourselves and others; also in preventing burnout.
