Rebekah Stott: Beat IT! #43

View descriptionShare

I've had a lot of conversations in sport but none more meaningful than this one - thankyou to The PFA for allowing us to share this on our platform from our other podcast 'Footballer's Voice'. Rebekah Stott is a 28 year old footballer who plays for Melbourne City and the New Zealand National Team, playing at both the Olympic Games and World Cup. Rebekah's life took a little turn over 18 months ago when she was diagnosed with Stage 3 Hodgkin's Lymphoma after noticing a lump in her neck whilst playing in the UK for Brighton & Hove Albion. Now cancer free and back playing football, Rebekah talks about the remarkable journey she has been on which exemplifies bravery and outstanding positivity which makes this inspiring for all of us. Hope you enjoy our final episode for 2021 xx
