There are two new studies out that show younger people aren’t having as much sex and it’s a fairly significant shift from a decade ago. The Institute for Family Studies found that nearly 25 percent of adults ages 18 to 29 haven’t had sex in the past year. A recent Playboy study found the same results, and now experts are looking into why. From burn out from dating apps, to social anxiety stemming from the pandemic, to young adults moving back in with their parents, some experts believe this trend will continue to lower our country’s fertility rates further.
