The Department of Justice announced it is charging 94-year-old former Cuban President Raul Castro with murder. In fact the DOJ announced 7 counts against the former leader for the downing of two planes, killing 4 Americans back in 1996. It’s unclear what happens next, but acting Attorney General Todd Blanche said “he will either show up here by his own will or by another way.”
