Today opening statements begin in a highly anticipated murder trial in Virginia.  A 40 year old man is facing aggravated murder charges after prosecutors say he conspired with his au pair to kill his wife in a sex fantasy fueled murder plot where the two lured an unsuspecting man to the home to kill him and frame him for murder.   There’s a big twist in this theory though, and it could be unraveled by a member of the prosecution’s own team, a detective with the Fairfax police department.
