Oh No, Not Again: Another American Superstar’s Heartbreak on the Ice

Just a short while ago, three time U.S. national champion figure skater Amber Glenn missed a final rotation on her last jump, almost certainly costing her the gold medal many believed she would bring home.  Glenn will now go into Thursday’s medal round in 13th place.  Her agony on the ice was palpable, as she tearfully told her coaches what we all knew up until that final jump:  “I had it.”
