16-year-old Timothy Hudson is waking up in federal custody this morning for the first time since he was charged with the murder and sexual assault of his 18-year-old stepsister, Anna Kepner. Now that Hudson is being tried as an adult, a judge reversed his earlier decision of allowing Hudson to remain in the custody of his uncle as he awaits trial. But the judge went even further in his ruling, saying Hudson’s alleged crime “suggests a level of psychopathy and lack of remorse” that raises concerns he could snap at any time.
