A Florida couple thought they could dip down to the pool and have a drink while their young kids were in cribs upstairs at their Key Largo Resort over the Fourth of July weekend.  Hotel staff heard the kids crying and called police who promptly arrested the couple and placed the kids in protective custody.  We go over the details of the case, including the fact that mom and dad were gone for approximately 40 minutes, and ask if the punishment fits the crime.
