In a bizarre turn of events, President Trump announced that Park Police have arrested “multiple individuals” for vandalizing the Reflecting Pool on the National Mall.  Among them, a three-time Olympian who says he stopped at the site just to have a look.  Trump even named ABC veteran reporter Jonathan Karl of trying to rip the rubber off of the surface of the pool, saying he was caught with his hand in the water,  Huh?  Trump also claims vandals used a blade to gash the facade and poured chemicals in the pool to destroy the color.
