An unthinkable story out of Missouri as police charge a 10-year-old boy with murder after they say he shot and killed his 7-month-old niece.  The boy is the youngest person in that state’s history to be charged with murder. The baby’s 19-year-old father is also being held accountable for the shooting.  Ca'Marion Pawnell has been charged with second degree murder because it was his gun, stored under his mattress, that police say his 10-year-old used to shoot baby Kiyomi Parker.
