Our next guest, retired Major General Malcolm B. Frost sits down with Bruce Gradkowski and discusses his time in the U.S. Army and what exactly makes a good leader, especially in times of combat. 

Major General Frost graduated from the U.S. Military Academy West Point. He holds a master’s in Human Resource Development from Webster University and a Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College. In addition, he is a graduate of the Infantry Officer Basic and Advanced Courses, the Command and General Staff College, and the U.A. Army War College.
