Following initial sightings reported in Sydney this week, experts are noting an unusually slow migration of humpback whales up the east coast of Australia.

Today, the World Wildlife Fund has launched the world’s first interactive map called 'Blue Corridors' to track whale routes.

Whale migration modelling expert at Griffith University, Dr Jasper De Bie joined Dean Miller on 4BC afternoons to discuss why.
