First, they unpack Caitlin’s frustrating Booking.com experience. She booked five Emirates flights through her husband’s Booking.com account for travel between 4 and 9 April. On 18 March, Emirates announced that customers with departures between 1 and 15 April could apply for full refunds on cancelled flights  but securing that refund proved far from straightforward. They also dive into the controversial “stain exclusion” clauses used in mattress warranties.
