John Perlman chats to Kaizer Kganyago, National Spokesperson of the NPA, about High Court in Johannesburg today granting a forfeiture order relating to assets held by the Hangwani Maumela syndicate.  This order follows a preservation order granted by the court on 14 August 2025, relating to property owned by members of the Maumela syndicate, following an investigation into this matter, as precipitated by the receipt of a report from the late Babita Deokaran.
