A Zambian opposition leader, Sean Tembo, has reported President Hakainde Hichilema and his administration to the International Criminal Court for alleged Human Rights abuses like torture and failure to protect citizen's Rights. The opposition leader of Patriots for Economic Progress who has been a sworn critic of Hichilema and his administration has been arrested three times and all times he claims to have been tortured by Police.
