World Refugee Day is held every year on June 20. It is a special day when the world takes time to recognise the resilience of forcibly displaced people throughout the world.
The theme for this year is Solidarity with Refugees and the World Health Organisation calls for urgent action to strengthen inclusive, resilient health systems that leave no one behind.
Lulu Gaboo spoke to Jørgen Carling, Research Professor, at the Peace Research Institute Oslo.
