The United Nations in South Africa has partnered with the Nelson Mandela Foundation, for a seed planting initiative at a community food garden in Diepsloot, north of Johannesburg .
This, in commemoration of the International Nelson Mandela Day which is this year themed Climate, Food and Solidarity.
The focus of the theme is to call for action against climate change and create food resilient environments in solidarity with communities around the world.
