Western delegations pressed for sustained diplomatic and economic pressure on Russia, citing expanded sanctions and continued military and humanitarian assistance for Kyiv. Addressing the chamber, Ukraine's Deputy Foreign Minister Mariana Betsa accused Moscow of waging an imperial, neo-colonial war.
