South Africa has raised concerns with Eswatini over the arrival of a group of high-risk criminals deported from the United States.
The individuals are from various countries and some of them have been convicted of serious crimes.
According to the Department of International Relations and Cooperation, Eswatini and the US intend to work with the International Organisation for Migration to return the inmates to their home countries.
The Department of International Relations and Cooperation notes, however, that it is unlikely they will be accepted.
