Nigerian President, Bola Tinubu has reiterated his call for Africa to be granted permanent representation on the United Nations Security Council (UNSC).
Addressing a plenary session on Peace and Stability at the 9th Tokyo International Conference for African Development in Japan this week, he insisted that the continent should get two seats with full veto powers.
