Authorities in Nigeria say the death toll in the country's current seasonal floods have risen to over 600. Over one million people have been displaced and more than 200-thousand homes destroyed. Flooding is expected to continue until the end of November - with government officials blaming unusually heavy rains and climate change for the disaster. Experts, however, say poor planning and infrastructure have exacerbated the damage.
