Namibian President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah, has dismissed Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Land Reform, Mac-Albert Hengari, following serious allegations of corruption and sexual assault. Hengari was arrested after accusations emerged that he attempted to bribe a rape victim to prevent the case from being reported.
The President's swift action to terminate Hengari's appointment, underscores her administration's firm stance against corruption and unethical behavior among public officials.
