Malawian President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika is expected to travel to South Africa on a private visit this afternoon.
In a statement signed by Chief Secretary to the Government, Dr Justin Adack K. Saidi, the President is scheduled to depart from Kamuzu International Airport at 2:00 pm. According to local reports, this will be the third time President Mutharika has travelled to South Africa on a private visit since assuming office.
