Mozambique president, Daniel Chapo is on a state visit to South Africa, in response to an invitation by his South African counterpart, Cyril Ramaphosa. The two will discuss the deepening of relations between the two countries. Mozambique's minister of Foreign Affairs says the visit will serve to thank the South African government for its openness and trust in the new Mozambican government.
