The government of the Democratic Republic of Congo has accused the M23 rebels of committing human rights abuses and forced recruitment of young people.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior and Security Jacquemain Shabani addressed a news conference saying they had found human rights violations in the DRC's North and South Kivu provinces.
