Kenyan activist Boniface Mwangi, have been dropped. However, Mwangi will now face prosecution for possession of ammunition without a valid firearm certificate. Mwangi, was dramatically arrested on Saturday, at his home and was initially accused by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations - DCI of facilitating terrorist activities linked to the June 25, 2025 protests.
