A harmonized and rights-based legal framework that seeks to advance labour migration governance across Africa has moved another step closer to implementation.
Parliamentarians, regional bodies and social partners from across Africa are debating on the model law on labour migration in Africa at the Sixth Ordinary Session of the Sixth Pan-African Parliament in Johannesburg, South Africa in an effort to refine the framework designed to improve access to social protection and across the continent.
