Female researchers from the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) this morning held a media briefing on groundbreaking technologies aimed at combating plastic pollution.

Plastic pollution is an issue of global concern and evidence-based solutions are in short supply.

The researchers have shared innovations aimed at addressing plastic-related concerns across the entire life cycle of plastic products.

Their work aims to reduce reliance on traditional plastics and promote sustainable plastic circularity.
