View descriptionShare

Botswana's Ministry of Child Welfare and Basic Education is currently reviewing its national curriculum to align with STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) learning.

A high-level delegation from the ministry, led by Minister Kebuang Non Kgafela-Mokoka, is in South Africa to engage and explore opportunities in the education system. The visit seeks to showcase South Africa's leading-edge implementation of Coding and Robotics across primary school classrooms and early childhood development (ECD) programmes. Channel Africa's Nhlanhla Mahlangu caught up with the Minister to elaborate.
