Amnesty International has urged the Ugandan Government to lift internet restrictions as Ugandans cast their vote today.
The internet shutdown comes shortly after the Uganda Non - Governmental Organisation Bureau suspended permits for at least six non-governmental organizations and froze their bank accounts.
