South African farmers are continuing to grapple with rising fuel costs, as disruptions in global oil markets linked to the conflict in Iran feed through into higher diesel prices. Farmers say the situation has also contributed to fertilizer shortages, with supply chain pressures adding strain to food production. This emerged during Tiger Brands' annual Heritage Tour.
