The Southern African Development Community - SADC Electoral Advisory Council or SEAC, is currently in the Kingdom of Lesotho for a Post Election Review Mission to assess the states adherence to SADC principles and guidelines that govern democratic elections.
The SEAC mission is led by Judge Ticheme Dlamini who says their duty is to compile and prepare a report that will be submitted to the chairperson of the SADC organ on Defence, Politics and Security Affairs. Last year, SADC annouced the removal of Lesotho from the Troika's list of countries under special observation for instability.
