South Africa's (SA) Gauteng High Court, has dismissed former presidents Jacob Zuma and Thabo Mbeki's legal bid to have retired Justice Sisi Khampepe to recuse herself as the Chairperson of the Judicial Commission into interference in the Truth and Reconcilliation Commission.
Justice Khampepe was appointed by President Cyril Ramaphosa last May to head the cases.
