South Africa (SA) is taking a decisive step toward closing the digital divide, with the launch of a comprehensive roadmap aimed at achieving universal high-speed broadband access by 2035.
Developed by the Development Bank of Southern Africa in partnership with the National Planning Commission, the Digital Connectivity Investment Roadmap outlines the funding required, infrastructure gaps, and strategic actions needed to build an inclusive digital economy.
