Oxfam has praised Brazil's G20 Presidency for prioritizing global inequality, hunger, and climate challenges.
Executive Director Viviana Santiago emphasized the importance of the G20's pledge to tax the super-rich, advocating for higher global tax rates to tackle inequality and fund solutions for climate change and poverty.
She also urged South Africa to sustain this momentum during its upcoming G20 Presidency.
Joining Peter Ndoro from Rio de Janeiro to discuss this further is Lebogang Ramafoko, Executive Director of Oxfam South Africa.
