The humanitarian organisation, Oxfam, is warning that critical shortages of clean water, sanitation and funding are undermining efforts to contain the Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The organisation says thousands of people are relying on a single water source located inside an Ebola treatment centre, while overcrowded health facilities and limited community outreach are increasing the risk of further transmission.
