Britain's parliament has passed a bill allowing the government to send asylum seekers to Rwanda. Ahead of the bill passing, Prime Minister, Rishi Sunak said flights to Rwanda would take off within 10 to 12 weeks.
In a statement, Sunak called the passing of the Rwanda bill "not just a step forward but a fundamental change in the global equation on migration". Meanwhile, lawyers representing some of the asylum seekers say there may be other routes to stop flights taking off.
