In South Africa, the Community leaders around Shaft 11 at Stilfontein which is a former mining town in the North West Province who have been helping with the efforts of rescuing illegal miners say they've been left out of the process as things are now in the hands of the government.

They are concerned at the pace at which government is continuing with the operation.
