A new campaign by the Consortium for Refugees and Migrants in South Africa (CoRMSA) has called on the Department of Home Affairs to fulfil its constitutional and international obligation of providing all children with a name and nationality.
CoRMSA says the Department should do this by granting children access to birth registration, which will help them access a birth certificate.
