Prosecutors in Kenya are preparing murder charges against students accused of starting a deadly dormitory fire that killed 16 girls at a secondary school in May. The blaze tore through a dormitory at Utumishi Girls School, where more than 200 students were housed, forcing many to flee through a single exit. Authorities say nine suspects have been arrested, with allegations that a mattress was deliberately set alight near a doorway.
