The family of late former Zambian President, Edgar Lungu has welcomed the decision by South Africa's Supreme Court of Appeal, granting them leave to appeal a previous High Court ruling that favored the Zambian government's bid to repatriate Lungu's remains for a state funeral. The Lungu family turned to the appellate court after a full bench of the Gauteng High Court in Pretoria ruled that  Zambia is entitled to repatriate Lungu's remains for the purposes of  a State funeral and Burial. His remains are in South Africa, following his death in June at a South African hospital. For more on what the next steps will be for the Lungu family, Tsepiso Makwetla spoke to Spokesperson, Makebi Zulu
