As South Africa's Western Cape Province prepares to host one of the most iconic music festivals in the world, attendees at the Montreux Jazz Festival are urged to prepare for the coming together of legendary artists and music lovers from across the globe. This year, South African DJ, journalist and vinyl collector, Charles Leonard is part of that story. With more than 26 years behind the decks and a vinyl collection built over five decades, Leonard has become known for his eclectic sets that move effortlessly from jazz and soul to reggae, funk and township dance.
